The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Private Client Partner to join and expand the team at this market-leading Legal 500 firm. You will play a key role in building both your own and the firm\'s client base, driving growth and success within the Private Client department.

• Lead and expand the private client team. You will have the opportunity to assist with recruitment to drive growth across the department.
• Drive the department\'s business development. The firm has a collaborative culture, so you will have a lot of cross-referral work as they are currently outsourcing their Private Client work.

Requirements:

• 10+ PQE years\' experience in Private Client law.
• You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop business across the department, with a focus on building long-term relationships and contributing to the firm\'s growth.
• Extensive expertise across a broad range of Private Client matters.
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers while working collaboratively within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
