Key Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration, and Lifetime Planning.
• Client Engagement: In-office meetings and home visits.
• Technical Drafting: Preparing legal documents with high accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensuring all work meets regulatory and quality standards.
• Team Support: Contributing to the wider success of the department.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solicitor or CILEx qualified (or working towards).
• Proven experience in Private Client matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, approachable, and client-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence (for home visits).
