Confidential is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join a forward-thinking firm known for progression prospects and flexibility.

You will work on a varied Private Client caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney, probate, and Court of Protection work, while enjoying a four-day week or flexible part-time options and a strong benefits portfolio.

Qualifications

• Private Client paralegal with experience in wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Experience handling lasting powers of attorney and probate matters.
• Familiarity with Court of Protection work and case management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a varied Private Client caseload including wills, trusts and probate.
• Support on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection cases.
• Contribute to client service excellence and detailed file handling.
