Job description

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a leading legal 500 company, based in the West Midlands, which is expanding its Private Client department by recruiting an experienced Advanced Paralegal, Legal Executive, or Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm known for delivering exceptional client service while enjoying a supportive, collaborative workplace.

Role: Private Client Fee Earner – Advanced Paralegal / Legal Executive / Solicitor
Location: West midlands – agile working
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits

The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

  • Drafting Wills, including simple and trust-based Wills
  • Preparing and registering Powers of Attorney (General, Enduring, and Lasting)
  • Administering trusts, including preparing Deeds of Appointment and Retirement of Trustees
  • Managing probate applications, letters of administration, and full estate administration
  • Advising on and drafting Deeds of Variation
  • Running your own estate files and assisting on complex taxable estates and trust matters
About You
  • 5+ years’ Private Client experience
  • Able to manage estates, Wills, and LPAs with minimal supervision
  • Personable, well-presented, and highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A real team player with a client-focused approach
