We are working with well-respected firm who are currently seeking a Private Client Fee Earner for a permanent contract based in Buckinghamshire.

About the firm:

They are a well-established UK law firm with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal services across a range of practice areas, including commercial and residential property, family law, litigation, private client, and corporate law. With offices in London and across the South East, the firm combines traditional values with a modern, client-focused approach.

The current managing partner who has been with the firm for just over 20 years, is looking to develop and expand the Private Client team, and they have built a strong reputation for the work provided.

They are looking for someone who is keen to develop themselves as a lawyer and potentially have ambition to become partner (not necessary).

The provide a “pathway to partner” scheme as well as a in-house mentorship programme.

About the role:

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in wills, lasting powers of attorney, and small estates to manage their own caseload and grow their career in a collaborative environment.

Details:

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters independently.
• Draft wills and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs).
• Handle the administration of small estates from start to finish.
• Meet with clients independently and provide clear, empathetic legal advice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.

Details:

The role is office based, however, they are willing to offer hybrid working if this is a deal breaker.
