Sort Group is hiring a Private Client Case Handler to join our growing legal team. The role involves managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience handling Private Client matters including Wills and Probate.
• Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Preparing and advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate administration matters.
• Assisting clients with Probate and the administration of estates.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and client reports.
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with service standards.
• Maintaining accurate records on the Case Management System.
