Brighthire Solutions Ltd T/A Brighthire Recruitmen is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to develop their career in Wills, Trusts and estate planning in East Grinstead.

You will support lawyers with Wills, Trusts and LPAs, draft documents, manage client enquiries and attend client meetings across regional roadshows. A Law degree and STEP/CILEX eligibility are desirable; a full driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Competenze

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• STEP or CILEX qualification, or working towards one.
• Experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate or estate planning.

Mansioni

• Advising clients on Wills, Trusts, LPAs and estate planning.
• Drafting and reviewing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Managing client enquiries, appointments and follow-ups.
• Ensuring documents are accurate and meet deadlines.
• Supporting LPA paperwork and registrations.
• Maintaining accurate client records and CRM data.
• Attending client meetings and regional roadshows as required.
