A look into the role

As a Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the efficient completion of quality tax returns and provide excellent client service.
  • Lead team production, delegate tasks, and organize work to maximize efficiency.
  • Contribute to departmental management, take ownership of projects, and report to senior management.
  • Review complex tax returns, identify opportunities for advisory work, and convert them into billable work.
  • Develop your skills and maintain high standards within our private tax function.
  • Be a proactive member of a specialist team and build internal networks within the tax department and sector groups.
