A look into the role

As a Manager, you will:

1. Ensure the efficient completion of quality tax returns and deliver excellent client service.
2. Lead team production, delegate tasks, and organize workflows to maximize efficiency.
3. Contribute to departmental management through project ownership and reporting to senior management.
4. Review complex tax returns, identify opportunities for advisory work, and convert them into billable work.
5. Develop your skills and maintain high standards within our private tax function.
6. Be a proactive team member and develop internal networks within the tax department and broader practice areas.
