This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to step into an associate-level role within a growing, employee‑owned firm in Coventry.

You’ll join a well‑established Trusts & Estates department at an exciting stage of growth. The firm has expanded significantly in recent years and continues to invest in its people, systems and long‑term development, making this a strong move for a solicitor who wants both quality work and a clear route forward.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Strong experience across wills, estate administration, trusts and LPAs
• Confident managing a broad caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Commercially aware and interested in contributing to growth
• Collaborative, personable and professional

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and growing a full private client caseload, including:
• Drafting and reviewing key legal documents
• Advising clients across the full trusts & estates portfolio
• Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively within the department
• Contributing to business development and departmental growth

In your first 6 months, you’ll be expected to confidently handle an active caseload and embed yourself within the team. By 12 months, you’ll be operating fully independently at Associate/Senior Associate level, contributing to business development and supporting the department’s expansion. Longer term, you’ll become a trusted senior figure, helping shape the direction of the team and mentoring junior colleagues.
