Realm Recruit is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their growing, employee-owned Trusts & Estates team in Coventry. You’ll manage a full caseload, draft key documents, and advise on wills, estates, trusts and LPAs.

The firm emphasises growth, collaboration and long-term development within a supportive culture. The role offers hybrid working, up to two days from home after establishment, and a competitive package with a profit share and progressive benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client.
• Strong experience across wills, estate administration, trusts and LPAs.
• Confident managing a broad caseload independently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Commercially aware and interested in contributing to growth.
• Collaborative, personable and professional.

Responsabilités

• Managing and growing a full private client caseload, including drafting and reviewing key legal documents.
• Advising clients across the full trusts & estates portfolio.
• Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively within the department.
• Contributing to business development and departmental growth.
