Job summary

The role offers exposure to a growing Private Wealth practice, partnership mentorship, and opportunities to develop your profile in a leading West Midlands law firm. Ideally you have at least two years’ Private Client experience, strong technical skills,

Qualifications

Ideally 2+ years' Private Client experience.
Technically strong across a broad range of Private Client matters.
Commercially aware and client-focused.
Ambitious, driven and motivated to succeed.
Keen to develop profile and contribute to growth of the practice.
Familiar with the Birmingham and West Midlands market.

Responsibilities

Assist on a broad range of Private Client matters including: wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning.
Trust creation and administration; succession and wealth preservation planning.
Lifetime gifting and asset protection; advising business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
Support business development and client relationship management.
