Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with 5–7 years PQE.
• Strong knowledge of estate administration, inheritance tax, and trusts.
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercial legal advice to high-net-worth clients.
• Manage a substantial, varied, and complex caseload independently.
• Draft complex legal documentation with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members.
• Engage in business development, including seminars, presentations, and pitches.
