Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Associate 2-4+ PQE for a highly regarded Top 200 & Top Tier L500 firm in Wimbledon, London. The role offers hybrid working up to three days a week and a clear pathway for progression toward partnership.

You will handle high-quality matters including wills, trusts, estates and probate, with increasing responsibility for client relationships and business development as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ PQE required for Private Client Associate role.
• Strong technical grounding in private client matters and client handling.
• Commercial, proactive and motivated by progression.

Responsibilities

• Advise on wills and succession planning.
• Handle trusts, estates and probate matters.
• Assist with tax and wealth structuring.
• Manage Lasting Powers of Attorney matters.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development as you progress.

You will join a successful and growing Private Client team, advising on a broad range of high-quality matters including:

• Wills and succession planning
• Trusts, estates, and probate
• Tax and wealth structuring
• Lasting Powers of Attorney

As you progress, you will take on increasing responsibility for client relationships, contribute to business development, and play a visible role in the future growth of the department.
