Private Client Associate (3-4 PQE)

Top 50 UK Law Firm | High-Net-Worth Clients | £60,000-£65,000 | Hybrid Working (50/50 WFH)
Hampshire / South East / Flexible

I am looking for a Private Client Associate (3-4 years PQE) to join a Private Wealth team in nationally recognised firm. As part of a Top 50 UK law firm, you'll work with a high-calibre client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and family offices, advising on a wide range of complex, often cross-border private client matters.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice on:

• Succession and estate planning

• Wills, trusts, and probate matters

• UK tax planning for HNW individuals

• Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection issues

• International elements and offshore structuring (experience desirable but not essential)

What could make you stand out?

• 3-4 years' PQE with a strong background in private client law

• Experience advising high-net-worth clients

• A proactive, client-focused approach and strong technical skills

• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is an advantage

I would also welcome applications from Senior Associates with a following or demonstrable business development potential. You'll be supported by a strong platform to grow your practice with full BD and marketing resources.
