One of Cardiff's most highly regarded and established law firms is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor. The role involves managing a diverse private client caseload including wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, trusts, and estate administration. The successful candidate will work within a supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities for professional development.

The role involves a range of private client matters, including but not limited to:

  • Drafting wills
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Power of Attorney (LPA)
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Trust administration
  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Client communication
  • File management

We’re seeking individuals who:

  • Have experience in Wills, Probate, and Estates Law
  • Have strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Are qualified lawyers with relevant certifications
  • Have experience working in a law firm or legal setting
