Our client is a major loss adjusting practice operating a dual-function division in Scotland, covering high net worth and agricultural risks. They are seeking a home-based adjuster to manage a mixed portfolio of these risks.
The role is primarily based within the Central Belt, with travel required to the Highlands and Islands as needed.
In addition to technical responsibilities, the candidate will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, especially with larger provincial brokers.
Candidates should ideally reside in the Central Belt and be comfortable working independently from a home office.
A technical background in private client or agricultural work is preferred, with willingness to engage in both areas.

Progression with CII/CILA exams is preferred but not essential.
The basic salary is likely to exceed £60,000, complemented by a generous bonus system, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days of holiday.
