Specialist Private Clients Division of a major loss adjusting practice is seeking to appoint an Executive Manager for its team operating within the South, primarily focusing on the South East.
The role is home-based, with duties split approximately 60% fee-earning and 40% operational management.
You will oversee a team of 5-6 Adjusters, along with desktop and administrative staff, managing SLAs, development, training, technical supervision, and client relationships.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a private client adjusting role, with some managerial experience preferred but not essential.
Our client welcomes inquiries from senior adjusters seeking progression into management.
You can reside anywhere within the South but must be willing to travel extensively for loss handling and team meetings.
Professional qualifications through CII and/or CILA are considered important.
Basic salary up to £80,000 plus a generous bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
