Job Profile

  • Specialist Private Clients Division of a major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint an Executive Manager for its team operating within the South, primarily concentrating on the South East.
  • The role is home-based, with duties split approximately 60% fee-earning and 40% operational management.
  • You will oversee a team of 5-6 Adjusters along with desktop and administrative staff, managing SLAs, development, training, technical supervision, and client relationships.
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a private client adjusting role and preferably some managerial experience, although this is not mandatory.
  • Our client welcomes inquiries from senior adjusters seeking to advance into management roles.
  • You can reside anywhere within the South but must be willing to travel extensively to handle losses and meet with your team.
  • Professional qualifications through CII and/or CILA are considered important.

Basic salary up to £80,000 plus a generous bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care, and 25 days holiday.
