We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner to join our Private Capital team, focusing on wills, estate planning, and trust advice. Our firm is well-regarded, holding top-tier rankings in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Our client base includes high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals with complex financial arrangements, often involving multiple generations of families.

We offer a generous benefits package, and this position can be full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week), based at our Bristol office with a hybrid working model.

• Pre-exit planning for business owners.
• Managing trusts and liaising with financial planners.
• Drafting deeds of variation, including discretionary trusts and loans.
• Participating in networking, webinars, podcasts, and business development activities.
• Providing excellent client service and building trusting relationships.
