Join a boutique Private Bank in London as a Private Banking Support Assistant, working directly with the Director. This role requires experience in private banking and investment management, and involves various responsibilities including EA support, client onboarding, invoicing, and more. Fluency in Italian is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing diaries, client liaison, meeting scheduling, preparing briefing packs, and stakeholder communication.
  • Handling KYC requests and onboarding processes, managing client documentation securely.
  • Supporting compliance activities.
  • Assisting the CEO with projects, HR, recruitment, events.
