Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with MS SQL Server and related tools.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within banking or financial services.
• Experience with private banking systems and core banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the software delivery strategy for the private banking division.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of software projects across core banking, Treasury and Finance systems.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of software developers, project managers and QA engineers.
• Collaborate with business units, product owners and stakeholders to set priorities.
• Establish testing frameworks and QA processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Improve software delivery processes with agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee contract delivery.
