The Private Banking Regulatory Compliance Lead is a management role reporting to the Head of RC HBUK & RC WPB Lead. The successful candidate will ensure that Regulatory Compliance in Private Banking HBUK effectively identifies, manages, and mitigates regulatory compliance risks and provides timely advice to the Private Banking business. The role requires strong partnership with the Private Banking business to drive and accelerate the execution of regulatory compliance programs that impact business performance. This role is accountable for implementing policies within the PB business and involves close collaboration with various risk and business functions.
