A fast-growing, institutional-grade digital asset manager is seeking a senior capital raiser to join its team. The firm has successfully transitioned from a proprietary trading model to a client-facing asset management platform, with over hundreds of million in AUM and a strong track record across multiple strategies.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly entrepreneurial individual with a strong network of HNWIs and Family Offices across the GCC and beyond, who is passionate about digital assets and looking to play a key role in scaling a high-performing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise capital across the firm's fund strategies and SMAs.
• Leverage existing relationships with HNWIs, Family Offices, and institutional allocators.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the firm's investment strategies and value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, compliance, and client servicing.
• Travel across the GCC and Europe as needed to build and maintain relationships.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record of raising capital in alternatives, private markets, or digital assets.
• Deep network of Middle East-based HNWIs and Family Offices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital assets and emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of investment products and client needs.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE, or with strong coverage of the region.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
