Job summary

MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a private practice in Evesham, Worcestershire to recruit a Private Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is a four-day, Tue–Fri schedule in an eight-surgery clinic, with space available from January 2027.

You will work with a list of private adults and NHS children, offering Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry alongside General dentistry. Remuneration offers a 45% private split plus £13 per UDA for children’s NHS, 50/50 lab bills, with projected

• GDC registered and fully qualified dentist.
• At least 2 years postgraduate experience.
• Offer private dentistry in a mixed practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Private dentistry and NHS services as required.
• Offer Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry alongside General dentistry.
• Work Tue–Fri, four days per week in a multi-surgery practice.
• Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators and Hygienists to maximise clinical time.
• Grow private patient list and offer more advanced treatments.

Private Associate Dentist – Evesham, Worcestershire- Tues to Fri

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Evesham, Worcestershire who are looking to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Independent practice.
• Available from January 2027.
• Part-time opportunity, 4 days per week.
• Surgery space Tuesday – Thursday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 2.00 pm

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Established list of Private adults plus children’s NHS.
• Opportunity to offer Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry alongside General Dentistry.
• Practice can offer 45% split on Private work plus £13 per UDA for children`s NHS.
