MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a practice in Evesham, Worcestershire to recruit a Private Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is four days per week (Tuesday to Friday) in an 8-surgery, high footfall practice offering General, Cosmetic, and Restorative dentistry with support from a treatment coordinator and hygienist.

Private earnings are strong with a 45% private split and £13 per UDA for children’s NHS, plus potential to grow the private list further.

Qualifications

• GDC registered dentist with an active performer number.
• Enhanced DBS certificate held.
• Available to work Tuesday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide private dentistry including general, cosmetic and restorative treatments.
• Opportunities to offer implants and orthodontics where appropriate.
• Grow the private patient list with support from the practice team.

Private Associate Dentist - Evesham, Worcestershire- Tues to Fri

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Evesham, Worcestershire who are looking to recruit a Private Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Independent practice.
• Available from January 2027.
• Part-time opportunity, 4 days per week.
• Surgery space Tuesday - Thursday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 2.00 pm
• Permanent Associate Dentist role.

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Established list of Private adults plus children’s NHS.
• Opportunity to offer Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry alongside General Dentistry.
• Practice can offer 45% split on Private work plus £13 per UDA for children`s NHS.
• Projected earnings of £120,000+ per annum.
• 50/50 split on lab bills.
• Opportunity to grow list further by accepting new Private patients.

Practice Overview:

• Practice offers General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants and Orthodontics.
• Position would an Associate Dentist looking to commit on a long-term permanent basis.

• Commutable by car from Birmingham, Badsey, Broadway, Pershore, Bidford-on-Avon, Chipping Campden, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Redditch.

Essential Criteria:

• GDC Registered Dentist
• Active Performer Number
• 2+ years postgraduate experience.
• Able to offer Tues to Fri.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate.
