Our client are a private family office supporting a busy, entrepreneurial household with a wide range of personal and professional interests. Their world moves quickly — from business meetings, international travel to family celebrations — and we’re looking for someone who can keep up, stay organised, and help everything run seamlessly behind the scenes.

The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll help keep their personal and professional lives beautifully in sync — handling the logistics, anticipating needs, and making the impossible happen with a smile.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Diary and email management for multiple family members Booking (and rebooking... and re-rebooking) travel, accommodation, and transport Overseeing property management — liaising with contractors, coordinating maintenance, and keeping things running smoothly across multiple homes Managing household admin (from utilities to birthday parties) Organising events, dinners, and occasionally, full-blown escapades Running errands, sourcing gifts, solving problems before they even know they exist Liaising with private staff, vendors, and service providers Maintaining confidentiality while still being in-the-know We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Is unflappable, proactive, and thrives on variety Can switch from formal to fun in seconds Loves organising (color-coded spreadsheets are your love language) Has ninja-level attention to detail and follow-through Is tech-savvy (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and travel apps are your toolbox) Has prior experience supporting individuals or families (bonus points for previous family office PA work) Has a valid driver’s license (and ideally a sense of direction!)
