Job Description

At Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, unparalleled service and luxury await guests of Privado, our exclusive villa experience. We are seeking experts in luxury; to know luxury is to serve luxury. Our curated team of Experience Concierge will assist discerning travelers, creating memorable experiences. This team ensures every detail is accounted for from reservation to departure, providing genuine, continuous care for each guest. This level of detail is essential to creating a personalized, ultra-luxe experience exclusive to Privado.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Provide exceptional Concierge information about local attractions, restaurants, theatres, events, tickets, confirmations, and other services
• Assist guests pre-arrival, upon arrival, and at departure
• Oversee room assignments of all incoming guests
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure loyalty
• Maintain contacts with business partners, concessionaires, the local community, and counterparts throughout Fairmont Hotels & Resorts
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Address guest concerns promptly, logging and notifying relevant departments
• Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management System experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications required
• University/College degree in a related discipline is an asset
• Professional presentation
• Outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20 lbs
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
