Job summary

Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Paralegal to join the Legal Services Team at Head Office in Leeds to support the Privacy Team with GDPR research, regulatory tracking, and admin tasks.

You will handle SARs end-to-end, liaise with colleagues and customers on privacy enquiries, and help maintain privacy records.

A recent law degree or postgraduate diploma is required, along with strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Recent law degree or postgraduate diploma in law (or equivalent).
• High attention to detail & the ability to prioritise heavy workload.
• A positive ‘can do attitude’ and a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling and processing of Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other GDPR-related requests.
• Interacting with colleagues and customers to resolve privacy enquiries and data rights questions professionally and promptly.
• Assisting with the maintenance of data protection records, privacy logs, and documentation.
• Providing ad-hoc support across the wider Legal Services Team on commercial matters and legal administrative tasks as required.
