Job summary

The Heathrow Group is seeking a Privacy Compliance Administrator to support the Office of the Data Protection Officer in London. You will manage end-to-end privacy complaints processes, respond to enquiries, and deliver reporting and dashboards.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of UK GDPR, PECR, and privacy regulations, plus experience with stakeholder management and Microsoft 365 tools. Hybrid working in Greater London is available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data protection legislation, including UK GDPR, PECR, and related privacy regulations.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and fixed deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage end-to-end privacy complaints process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop reporting and dashboards.
• Respond to a wide range of privacy-related complaints and inquiries.
• Support wider Privacy Team with rights requests, incident management and compliance assessments.
