Collinson Group is seeking a senior data protection lawyer to provide expert legal advice across the group on privacy, data protection and information governance. You will collaborate with Data Enablement, Information Security, Compliance, and Technology teams to embed privacy by design in commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE.
Expert in UK GDPR, DP Act 2018 and related privacy regimes.
Pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on data protection.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice on data protection, privacy and information governance across the Group.
Support data governance, privacy-by-design, and data sharing initiatives.
Review, draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy contracts.
