Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Group Privacy team as a Privacy Coordinator. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day privacy operations. In this role, you’ll manage data protection rights requests (such as subject access, opt-outs, and deletions), monitor and respond to queries via our shared mailbox, and maintain key metrics using Power BI. You’ll also assist with incident investigations, help update records of processing activities (ROPA), support annual DPIA reviews, contribute to training and communications materials, and maintain our Privacy SharePoint site.

As a Privacy Coordinator, you’ll manage the team’s inbox, triage and respond to privacy-related enquiries, and coordinate responses to data protection queries, complaints, and freedom of information requests. You’ll ensure individuals’ data rights are upheld in line with legislation, support internal teams with data handling, breach investigations, and data subject requests, and maintain accurate records and performance metrics. You’ll also assist with ROPA and DPIA reviews, draft training and communications materials, stay informed on regulatory updates, and provide general support across the Privacy team.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
