Job description

Review Data Protection Questionnaires and participate in IT vendor risk assessment process.

Collaborate with IT Compliance in maintaining records of processing activities.

Support GDPR, HIPAA, and other privacy compliance efforts.

Manage data subject requests and complaints, communicate directly with data subjects.

Own privacy management tool, keep privacy logs (DSRs and incidents) up to date.

Provide KPI reporting and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns in data.

Support the completion of DPIAs and pre-DPIAs by regulatory requirements.

Create awareness materials and communications.

About you:

A successful candidate will have experience working with privacy management tools or demonstrate a strong aptitude for quick learning and adaptability, along with applicable transferable expertise.

Ideally, the candidate will show familiarity with GDPR, Data Act, CCPA, HIPAA, and other data privacy laws. They should have a strong analytical and project management approach, be an excellent communicator, and confident in designing and delivering training to others.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with others, juggle priorities, and work under pressure are key to this role.
