Ministry of Justice in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Administrator for the ID & Banking function. The role involves assessing prisoners' needs for right to work ID and basic bank accounts, recording applications, and supporting the Prisoner Banking Programme and ID Programme, acting as a point of contact for applicants and partners.

You will follow MOJ GPC policy, help collate resettlement documents, report data on submissions and outcomes, liaise with reception, external bodies, OMU

Responsabilidades

• Assessing the need for ID and banking support for prisoners.
• Managing applications and records under approved templates.
• Coordinating with Prisoner Banking and ID programmes and partners.
• Following GPC policy and maintaining financial records.
• Assisting with resettlement documentation ahead of release.
• Reporting data on submissions and outcomes.
• Liaising with reception staff to secure property records.
• Engaging with OMU and DWP for referrals and resettlement.
• Supporting ROTL placements with signposting to banking and ID.
• Supporting Employment Leads and Employment Advisory Boards.
• Promoting Employment Hub initiatives.
