Qualifications

Join a top-rated charity (Best Companies / Investors in People) as they launch a cutting-edge support programme for people in the justice system.

You'll float between prisons and probation sites, picking up caseloads and supporting clients while their regular caseworkers are off—helping people prepare for release, find work, get housing, and build a new future.

We're hiring for:

  1. 1 x Norfolk/Suffolk - working across both counties
  2. 1 x Essex - covering the whole area

You'll offer 1:1 support, set goals with clients, and guide them through resettlement.

You'll need:
  1. Experience in prisons, probation, or supporting vulnerable people (mental health, housing, addiction)
  2. Or: a criminology degree with relevant volunteer experience

You may have worked in probation, housing, D&A, careers, or support work—or be a graduate ready to take the leap.
