Qualifications

• Social Work qualification recognised by the SSSC and be registered or eligible to register.
• Experience in justice social work and risk assessment.
• Accreditation in LS/CMI and ROSH desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage risks for prisoners across sentences with throughcare reports.
• Prepare TARL/HBR reports for the Parole Board and attend Oral Hearings.
• Collaborate with community justice social work and Scottish Prison Service.
• Provide a Duty social work service accessible to all prisoners.
• Attend multi-agency meetings (RMT, ICM, MAPPA, PCMB).
