Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting a Skilled Prison Nurse with an interest in primary care to join our team at Forth Valley Prisons. You will deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care within a secure setting, working in partnership with the Scottish Prison Service and wider agencies.

The post holder will be a first level registered nurse, capable of autonomous clinical decision-making, and will rotate across duties as part of a multidisciplinary team to support vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Must be a first level registered nurse.
• Compassionate and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to rotate across duties and travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and treatment within Forth Valley Prisons.
• Work in partnership with The Scottish Prison Service and wider agencies.
