Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pharmacy assistant to join our healthcare teams in Forth Valley Prisons.

We are recruiting dynamic, compassionate and enthusiastic pharmacy assistants who want to be part of our multi disciplinary, integrated team. If you are looking for increased job satisfaction, a variety of challenging and exciting roles then come and join Forth Valley Prison Healthcare.

You will be a vital part of a holistic service, making a significant contribution to the health care needs, outcomes and experience of a complex and vulnerable population whilst working in partnership with the Scottish prison Service.

The post holder will have previous experience in a pharmaceutical setting. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will have the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate they are ambitious and a committed individual, supporting the development of a modern and innovative healthcare service.

All posts are at times subject to rotation. Ability and willingness to work and travel across the areas of service delivery is essential for this post.
