Job summary

Not disclosed is seeking an Operational Support Grade to assist with the daily running of a busy prison. You will work in a close-knit team performing patrol, gate duties, visitor supervision and monitoring phone calls and CCTV while rotating shifts and nights.

Responsibilities

• Gate and portal duties to ensure secure entry/exit.
• Monitor CCTV and report any incidents per procedures.
• Book visits, escort visitors, and manage prisoner movement.
• Support reception tasks and process property documentation.
• Assist with meals delivery and prisoner property handling.
