Job Purpose
The Scottish Prison Service is recruiting Residential Officers throughout 2024/25 for HMP Grampian in Peterhead, Scotland. Future recruitment for other areas will be announced on the SPS Careers website.

Newly appointed Residential Officers will undergo training as part of a professional development pathway, requiring ongoing commitment. The role involves working in the residential area, with physical demands such as walking and standing, and emotional demands from interactions with individuals and their families.
Note: The position involves working on a rostered shift pattern.
