Job description

Join Barclays as a Prioritisation Lead, where you'll be part of a multi-faceted Financial Crime Project to provide a single and consistent view of FC change deliverables, benefits (risk and non-risk), and costs to Executive Committees, Boards, and Regulators. You’ll also benefit from being part of a vast professional network, collaborating with industry leaders and experts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading change management and portfolio prioritisation efforts.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance, including project progress, budgets, risks, and issues.
  • Ensuring portfolio documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitating portfolio governance and aligning projects with strategic objectives.
  • Managing the portfolio Book of Work considering resources, stakeholder buy-in, and risks.
  • Driving change management activities to embed initiatives within the organization.
  • Continuously improving portfolio management practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align practices with their needs.
  • Developing processes that support successful project delivery.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience with change management, portfolio prioritisation, stakeholder leadership.
  • Valued skills include financial crime knowledge, programme management & planning, governance controls.
  • Ability to assess critical skills such as risk, controls, change, transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills.

This role is based in our London office.

Additional details:

The role involves leading a portfolio management team, monitoring project and portfolio performance, managing documentation, facilitating governance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and standards.
