Join Barclays as a Prioritisation BA, where you'll be part of a multi-faceted Financial Crime Project to provide a single and consistent view of FC Change deliverables, benefits (risk and non-risk), and costs, to Executive Committees, Boards, and Regulators. You'll also benefit from being part of a vast professional network, collaborating with industry leaders and experts.

To be successful as a Prioritisation BA, you should have experience with:

  • Workflow and Tooling Execution (JIRA)
  • MI & Reporting
  • Business and data analysis

This role will be based in our London office.

Purpose of the role

To support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities
  • Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organisation.
  • Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create operational and process designs to ensure delivery within scope.
  • Support change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.

  • Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness. Collaborate with other functions/business divisions.
  • Lead a team performing complex tasks, using professional knowledge and skills. Set objectives, coach employees, appraise performance, and determine rewards.
