Purpose of the role
To support the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change within the organisation.
- Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases justifying investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create operational and process designs to ensure delivery within scope.
- Support change management activities, including developing a traceability matrix to ensure successful implementation and embedding of solutions.
