Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
• Leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience with training, coaching, and managing people.
• Computer skills: experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

• Establish strong commitments to Safe Quality Food culture and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Connect team members to the overall vision and ensure they understand how to contribute to overall success.
• Develop team members' knowledge, skills, and abilities to deliver key department metrics; use L&D resources to address gaps.
• Collaborate with department leaders, engineers, and support functions to improve operations and build capability.
