Requirements:

• Experienced Structural Designer with knowledge of substrates like FBB and corrugated.
• Proficient in Artios CAD software.
• Experience in carton manufacturing and designing products for production (preferable).
• Creative, team-oriented, and excellent communicator.
• Comfortable working outside of your comfort zone and organized.
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Create bespoke designs based on client briefs or sales/marketing input.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Modify and adapt existing designs.
• Understand manufacturing constraints to optimize production efficiency.
• Provide high-quality prototypes.
• Produce layouts for estimating and die-making.
• Support internal and external sales teams.
• Engage in New Product Development projects.
