Unlike many sales positions in print there is no need to bring turnover, this client is looking to appoint someone based on their ability to manage a sales team, rather than their little black book.

This “player-coach” will design and implement the strategic sales plan to expand our client’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Alongside this, the role of sales manager will be to build a sales team which you will then actively manage with a focus on developing talent, setting objectives, coaching, monitoring performance and driving them to exceed sales goals.

This role requires candidates with a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally. We are looking for someone with a strong business sense and who has proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Dynamic, energetic and passionate about the work you do, you will be eager to bring fresh ideas to the table and improve company turnover. Coming from a printing background with successful experience as a senior sales representative, you will be able to offer invaluable advice to both staff and clients.
