Our client is more than just a printer. They have a team dedicated to understanding a customer’s exact needs and offer tailored and bespoke solutions for any business opportunity.

They are looking for a Sales Director to work with them on finding better ways for the business to succeed, and help them shape tomorrow. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals with the objective of growing revenue across all service offerings. This role requires someone who is experienced and successful in developing actionable sales plans based on the ability to assess current and future market opportunities, identify client trends, evaluate company capabilities against market demands, and manage sales team to maximise capacity and profit.

Success will be heavily measured by achieving new business growth and goals based on revenue, pipeline and the number of new accounts brought in.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to support business growth
  • Grow the sales pipeline by Identifying new customers through cross sell and new business initiatives
  • Collaborate and utilize the CRM tool to manage all opportunities, as well as identifying current clients who have potential print solutions needs
  • Develop strategies to identify and connect with new prospects
  • Own all business unit sales reporting data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped to successfully navigate opportunities through the selling process leading to successful closure and implementation
  • Keep up-to-date on new product offerings to win business in the marketplace

We are looking for a demonstrated leader of salespeople within the printing industry. The years of experience in a similar role will have given you the ability to apply market knowledge relative to competition, market share and opportunities. We are looking for someone who can recommend sales process improvements to further grow the business.
