AsaProjectManager,youwillbeapivotalmemberoftheEchoteam.Headingupaccountsandprojects,therolebeginsbyreceivingbriefsdirectlyfromclientsandaccountdirectors,andwillberesponsiblefordefiningrequirements,aligningexpectations,anddeterminingexactlywhatisrequiredineverydetail.

WorkingcloselywithEcho’sdesignandartworkingstudio,printandfabricationdepartmentsthroughtologisticsandinstallations–theroleisallencompassingallowingourCreativeProjectManagerstoembraceanddirectallelementsofaproject’slifecycle.

Thevarietyofbriefsisunusualandcanincludeanythingfromasinglegraphictoafullnationwidebespokebuildrolloutwithmodellinganddigitalanimationtoboot–alltobeproducedtothehighestofstandardsandoftenwithinthetightestoftimings.Workingwithclientsrangingfromworld-renownedmuseumstoworld-leadingluxurybrandstheprojectmanagementmustbediligent,consistent,andsimplysecondtonone.

• Serveasthevitalconduitbetweenourcompanyandclients,fosteringrelationshipsandengaginginmeetingstounderstandnewprojectbriefsandunearthpotentialopportunities.
• Assumeresponsibilityforoverseeingkeyclientsandtheirprojectportfolio.Thismayrequireinternalsupportparticularlyfromyourownhub,whichentailsadditionalmanagementtasks.
• Proactivelydriveworkbriefsfromclientsanddevelopcommercialopportunities.
• BringVisualMerchandisingandCreativedirectiontoallprojectworks–bothinadvisementtoclientsanddirectionforinternalteams.
• Manageexpectationsofclients,maintainingCPAsandmanagingworkloadstoensureprioritiesarekeptontopof,anddeadlinesaremet.
• Quotingprojects,withsupportfromEchoaccountdirectors,andmaintainbudgetsduringprojectdevelopment.
• InterpretingbriefsintoworksorderstobequotedonourinternalMISsystem–requiringadegreeofdataentryandadministration.
• Co-ordinationofspreadsheetsforcampaignrollouts,includingmanagingdatabreakdownsforeachteamandanalysingdataforclientquotingandalignmentaswellasappropriatedepartmentalbriefing.
• Preparinginstallationbriefsforbespokejobs.
• Ultimately,Echoaimstobethecreativeproductionextensionofanybrand.Weseektounderstandthebrandasmuchorevenbetterthanourclientsdosowecanbestsupportthemanddrivecurrentandnewbusinesshighlyeffectively.
• TheProjectManagercanofferbothaproject-based,andcreative-basedexpertiseonallworks.Thisprovidestheclientwithafullyroundedserviceofbothpracticalandcreativedirectiononalltheirprojects.

CREATIVE

• Steerandshapeconceptualdesignanddevelopment,extendingtothedesignandproductionofeverypossibleelementwithinaretailenvironment.Vigilantlymanagebudgetsandschedules,ensuringthatthecreativedirectionalignswiththeclientbriefandbrandvalues,whilstfostering,notinhibiting,creativity.
• Leadandparticipateincreativebrainstormingsessionswiththecreativeandtechnicaldesignteamsandexternalagencies,facilitatingthedevelopmentofmajorprojectsthroughoutthecreativeprocess.

FINANCIALANDCOMMERCIALMANAGEMENT

• HavingacommercialawarenessisessentialforaProjectManageratEcho.Whetherit’skeepingakeeneyeonbudgetsandmarginsorrealisingthepotentialofaclient’sbusinessweexpectourCreativeProjectManagerstothinkoutsidetheboxandmaximiseallcommercialopportunities.
• BeingaProjectManagercarriesthecrucialresponsibilityofhavingahighlycreativecommercialawareness–bothwithinourindustryandthewidercreativeworld.Thisensuresyoucanbringawell-roundedandinnovativeperspectiveonallworkstoourclientsandtheirbrands.
• Ensureallaccountsarekeptuptodateandinvoicedaccuratelyontime.
• DevelopingnewbusinessisakeyresponsibilityandopportunityforaCreativeProjectManager.
