A dynamic beauty company in Gloucester is seeking a Print & Packaging Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design. You will create innovative packaging and print materials while collaborating with the marketing team on digital assets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in relevant design fields, a passion for aesthetics, and strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between £27,000 - £30,000 and additional benefits.
Who we are We are Upgrad’d Laboratories. By fusing skincare, technology and nutrition, we aim to be the most exciting beauty company in the world. Driven by evidence-led innovation, we create our own products entirely in-house and work with global suppliers, retailers and distributors to bring them to market.
We’re looking for a Print & Packaging Designer (with a soft skillset in digital design) to join our Product Development Team. The focus of this role is on packaging and print design, but there will also be opportunities to contribute to digital creative projects.
Who You Are You’re a creative problem-solver with a passion for design, detail and aesthetics. You thrive on developing standout packaging, enjoy working hands-on from concept through to finished product, and bring fresh ideas that push boundaries. You’re trend-aware, highly organised, and excited by the chance to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing beauty company.
The Role You’ll be responsible for conceptualising, designing and delivering high-quality packaging and print materials that communicate our brand vision and meet the needs of our private-label and in-house product ranges. From initial concepts through to print-ready artwork, you’ll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, consistency and strong creative execution.
You’ll also support our marketing team occasionally with digital assets — such as social visuals and presentations — but your primary expertise will be in packaging and print design.
