Print & Packaging Buyer

Job Description

A large print and packaging group with offices in West Yorkshire is looking for a buyer to purchase outside work and other products for the business. Candidates can be in a role dedicated to buying or in production control with some buying responsibilities.

You will leverage industry knowledge and networking skills to build supplier relationships and manage contracts to achieve optimal results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building sustainable relationships with suppliers, which will be crucial for your success and the company's growth.

Strong negotiation skills are necessary to ensure materials are purchased at competitive prices, and that delivery, quality, and service standards are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end administration related to procurement activities.
