  • Maintain health and safety standards within a print-related environment.

  • Gain knowledge of the company's printing processes.
  • Keep equipment clean and operational.
  • Operate flexo printing machines.
  • Assist in various manufacturing areas to develop a broad understanding of the business.

  • Contribute to improving print organization efficiency.
  • Plan work to meet production targets.
  • Maintain systems in working order.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the print industry.
  • Control variable data during printing processes.
  • Understand mechanical operations of machinery.
  • Provide ideas for site improvements.
Key Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths & English.
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and loyal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Organized and calm under pressure.
  • Friendly, approachable, flexible, and a team player.
  • Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Current, clean driving license is an advantage but not essential as travel may be required.
